PEC is established by Chadi Raymond Alagha and is fuelled by a team of professionals with decades of experience in design, construction sustainability and management. Members of our team have successfully participated in the design and delivery of some of the most prestigious and iconic developments in the Middle East 

 With Master of Architecture (MArch, D.E.S) and a LEED Green Associate, Chadi has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction and management of major developments in the Middle East. Throughout his career, he provided leadership to multi-functional and cross-cultural teams, including top tier international design studios, consultants, project management firms, technical advisers and contractors. Chadi's skills cover all technical and commercial aspects of projects from inception to handover.
